Hello and welcome, I’m Patricia

In this space I savor seasonal recipes, celebrate the spirit and lore of food and delve into the magic of everyday. I honor what sustains us by sharing its beauty through cooking, painting and writing.

My Illustrations on Instagram – The Enchanted Ibex

Another type of animal portrait: One of the largest commissions I did so far, this cute kitty hiding in the forest has absorbed all my attention for over a month. Happy to ship this one to its new owners, but it was nice hanging out together 🥰😉⁣ Grateful for patient clients who are accepting of my 🐌 pace. 🙏🏼
Serious Queen • This beauty was such a pleasure to paint, although her special colors and serious expression were quite a challenge to me 😉 This is in fact the second time I’ve painted this cat ... you can find her towards the beginning of my feed as a wee kitten 🥰 ⁣
Happy new year from my home office desk to yours 😉 One of my new year’s resolutions for 2021 is to paint more landscapes, as I find those particularly challenging. I really enjoyed creating this one, painting such a warm, sun-kissed palette while there’s ice and snow outside makes me dream of summer and travels 😌 ⁣
Happy Krampus Day everyone! I haven’t been around IG much lately because life has been busy and quite overwhelming 🤪There’s also lots of commission work I cannot (yet) share, and due to the pandemic my shop has to stay closed for yet another season 😢 Hence silence prevails, but I hope to be back in full swing soon. Hope you’re all good and Krampus didn’t get you. This pen & ink illustration is from last year’s Krampus cards. PS: Goats forever!!! 🐐 ⁣
This gorgeous soul was just sent out as a Christmas gift! I love painting commissioned animals and hope that receiving a picture of their furry familiars will bring the recipient lots of joy ✨⁣
